All products are shipped USPS 2 day Priority Mail. Packages are mailed within 48 hours of payment (excluding weekends).

Returns

All returns must be made within 14 days from original purchase and be authorized by ninaznyc.com. Prior to return please send a return request to nina@ninaznyc.com.

If it is our fault and we shipped you the wrong size or model, you will be taken care of. If its not our fault and you ordered the wrong size or model,  you will take care of shipping cost and arrangements.
